Cookie Policy
AfterCharge Keys is a static site that does not use tracking cookies, analytics or advertising. Here's exactly what that means for visitors.
This page explains AfterCharge Keys' approach to cookies in plain terms: we don't set any tracking cookies, and we don't use analytics or advertising services that would set them on our behalf.
What a cookie is, briefly
A cookie is a small piece of data a website can ask your browser to store, then read back on later visits. Sites commonly use cookies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, or track behavior across visits for analytics and advertising. None of that applies here, because AfterCharge Keys doesn't have accounts, preference settings, analytics, or advertising to support in the first place.
What we actually do
AfterCharge Keys is a static site: every page is plain HTML with no server-side accounts, no login system, no analytics tracking, and no advertising network embedded in the pages. We don't set first-party tracking cookies, and we don't load third-party scripts that would set cookies on our behalf. There's nothing on this site monitoring how you move between pages or building a profile of your visit.
Fonts and hosting
Pages on this site load a web font from Google Fonts so that headings and body text render consistently across devices. Loading the font means your browser sends a request to Google's servers, which receive your IP address and standard browser details the same way they would for an image loaded from a third-party server. That request is outside our control and isn't used by us to track visitors, and no tracking cookie is set as part of it; blocking third-party fonts in your browser simply makes the site fall back to a system font. Your web host or internet provider may keep its own basic connection logs for security and reliability purposes; that is standard for any website you visit and is outside our control.
Managing cookies in your browser
Because AfterCharge Keys doesn't rely on cookies to function, you can browse with cookies blocked or cleared entirely and nothing on this site will behave differently. Most browsers let you review, block or delete cookies from their privacy or security settings if you'd like to manage cookies set by other sites you visit.
For more on how the site is run day to day, see the about page. Our privacy policy covers the rest of how the site handles information. Start from the AfterCharge Keys home page for anything not covered here.
